HOUSE RULES: - No smoking - No pets allowed - Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. - No events, parties, or large gatherings. - Absolutely no fireworks - Do not leave any broken glass on the sandy beach - Campfires are subject to drought conditions and DNR fire bans. All campfires must be fully extinguished when not attended - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Please report any damages that occur immediately CANOE WAIVER: - Guests must sign a canoe waiver, regardless of using a canoe or kayak. Check-in information will not be released until it's returned. No refunds will be granted for an unreturned waiver. ADDITIONAL INFO: - The boat dock is available Memorial Day - October but is subject to change based on weather - The beach is on a river, and the beach conditions vary by season and water level. Because of this, the beach and dock may or may not be available during your stay - Limit your speed on the driveway to 5 MPH - This property runs on a septic system; thus, it is critical no items (feminine products, floss, food, toys, etc.) other than toilet paper be flushed down the toilet - The indoor wood oven is not operational, just for decor. - The 3-season room is only heated with an electric space heater. The heater works best when the outside temperature is above 32 degrees - While the property does offer access to a private beach, a short walk from the cabin to access the beach is required, approximately 200 yards -Propane for the outdoor grill is provided. -No jumping on the swinging futon -Guest who stay in the October and November months may here noise from local duck hunters on the river -Since this cabin is in the woods, you may experience pollen through the year and see common insects native to Wisconsin such as caterpillars, mosquitos, stink bugs, June bugs, and others. -Guests may purchase firewood nearby.

Was the perfect place for a get a way and super close drive to the dells strip. We felt really secluded and it was only about a one minute walk to the beach area. The place was super clean and had a warm / inviting feel to it. I’ll def be booking here again when I’m back out this way. Jenni was very responsive and even checked on us via message to see how the stay was going and if we had any concerns!

we had a wonderful time staying at jenni’s place. very comfortable and clean, with beautiful views morning and night. the area was private and not too far from downtown.

From the secluded but convenient location, to the large, wooded yard (including great fire pit), to the private beach and dock, to the contemporary house that still felt like a cabin in the woods, the setting and house were wonderful - just right for our fishing/golfing long weekend. Inside the place was immaculately clean and cozy but still roomy enough for the four of us. Biggest positives were the homey feel, excellent outdoor grill, wonderful screen porch, comfy beds & pillows, great reading material, and nice main area. We also REALLY appreciated the Keurig coffee station. Only minor nits were wishing for a couple more dish towels, mixing bowls, and a cookie sheet. Also, the upper bunk of the bunk bed might be a challenge if you're older (interpret as you wish), and that room could use hooks or shelves for clothing. That said, especially as a genuine value, this is a solid, no-complaint 5-star place. We look forward to coming back.

This place is beautiful and private. My 4 kids (1 preteen, 2 toddlers, 1 infant) loved this place and did not want to leave. We were visited by the neighborhood dog (Buckwheat) a few times while at the private beach section, that is what single handedly made my kids vacation although we have 2 dogs at home! The place itself was awesome and a short walk to the private beach and dock. My wife and I completely agree to come back to this place whenever we find ourselves back in this area! Thank you Jenni & co. It was great!

This charming, peaceful cabin made our vacation a dream! The spacious backyard with access to a private beach and dock was our favorite part. We also enjoyed that it was tucked away from the hustle & bustle of the dells - but just a short drive away. Jenni was very friendly and responsive. We will definitely be back!
